HUNTINGDON COUNTY CHAMBER OF COMMERCE

The Huntingdon County Chamber of Commerce offers a summary of health and education information containing links to local public schools, colleges and health care facilities. A variety of educational institution and health care provider information (including nursing homes, physicians and dentists) can be obtained by visiting the Chamber's membership directory. www.huntingdonchamber.com

THE HUNTINGDON COUNTY LIBRARY

The Library web site provides access to periodicals, books and the World Wide Web through its three branches in Huntingdon, Mt Union and Orbisonia.     www.huntingdon.net/library

JUNIATA COLLEGE

Juniata College is a four-year coeducational college. It offers its 1,300 students a variety of traditional bachelor degree programs and a unique "program of emphasis" in which students create their own academic program. Juniata is active in the Huntingdon community through programs such as "Science in Motion," "Information for Industry," "the Watershed Resource Center," and through traditional student internships with area businesses. www.juniata.edu

J.C. BLAIR MEMORIAL HOSPITAL

J.C. Blair provides a full range of in-patient and out-patient health care services. The hospital works closely with community organizations to improve the health of all residents of the Huntingdon Area. www.jcblair.org
